On Saturday afternoons we are now commencing sewing machine and overlocker workshops. These classes are ideal for anyone wanting to learn one aspect of sewing or who want to brush up their sewing skills .
THESE WORKSHOPS ARE A ONE DAY COURSE

OVERLOCKER ROLL HEM
SATURDAY 30TH OCTOBER
1.00PM TILL 4.00PM
Learn all aspects how to do roll hem, pin tucks and lace insertions on your overlocker.Use a variety of threads to give you different effects.
OVERLOCKER FUNDAMENTALS
SATURDAY 13TH NOVEMBER
1.00pm until 4.00pm
This class will teach you all the basic overlocker functions like threading, tensions, differential feed, cutting width and plenty more!!!.
SEWING FUNDAMENTALS
Saturday 23rd October
1.00pm until 4.00pm
Learn the techniques needed to understand the pattern, marking, stitching, gathering, under stitching, grading, tailor tacks, etc.
HOME FURNISHINGS
SATURDAY 27TH NOVEMBER
1.00pm till 4.00pm
Make piping, ruffles, bias strips, eazy zips and many finishes for soft furnishing.
KNOW YOUR MACHINE
SATURDAY 20TH NOVEMBER
1.00pm until 4.00pm
Bring in your machine and all of your accessories and you will be shown where and when to use your sewing feet, what threads to use, and what needles to use. This class is ideal for a beginner or for someone who wants to brush up on their sewing skills.
SEWING MACHINE DECORATIVE CLASS
SATURDAY 6TH NOVEMBER

This class teaches you how to use decorative threads in your bobbin and 3D work

MODERN STRETCH SEWING
